Today it's quite common to spend a holiday or a weekend in a farmhouse in Grosseto. But few people know that this is possible thanks to the great drainage ordered by Leopoldo II, Duke of Tuscany, in the XVIII century. Not far from Grosseto, Punta Ala is a main touristic location, providing the visitors with night clubs, restaurants, a nice and elegant port, competing with the most famous ports in Italy and the most famous golf camp in Italy.
