With a surface area of 45 square metres it consists of a living-room/kitchen with double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed facing onto the ancient garden, a bathroom. Access from the living room onto a small but pretty roof terrace where it is possible to have lunch and dinner. It is rented out weekly fully furnished and fitted out, with all bedroom and bathroom linen, TV, gas and electricity. Price is for flat. The apartment has been created inside the eighteenth century Villa of “Cucullera”, enhanced by two turreted towers giving it the appearance of a fortress. Located only ten  kilometres away from the splendid beaches of the Ionian Sea, the villa of “Cucullera” offers the ideal solution for enjoying relaxing moments in the cool and peace of the evening. In order to satisfy the needs of all our guests, it is possible to eat outside in the garden, the courtyard, or in the towers and there is the use of barbecues (with wood supplied), outdoor showers. At your arrival you will find a “guest basket” composed by milk, coffee, biscuits, our honey  and oil. Every now and then when the guests are at home in the evening, the happy sound of a bell tells you we are about to all have an aperitif together in the courtyard. Depending on what the garden offers, there will be fresh fruit and vegetables for you to enjoy. And you can also purchase homemade jams, conserves, onion jam, eggplants, olive oil. On the beach you can hire a Hobbie Cat 16 and a small Boston Waller 25 horsepower outboard without a license.The close vicinity of the “Cucullera” to the sea and to one of the best-known tourist areas in this territory allows for combining rest and relaxation with a bit of excitement, as famous attractions such as Copanello and Soverato on one side and Pizzo Calabro and Tropea on the other, can be reached in no time at all.
